Our managers oversee all of client enrollment that is done by one of our teams of Case Analysts. This position is often promoted from within, however may be the perfect opportunity for an individual with previous sales management experience. Primary responsibilities of this position include managing a team of 7-15 analysts, maintaining company underwriting standards as well as team performance quotas.
Required Skills and Traits
- Previous leadership experience
- 5+ years of inside sales
- Strong familiarity with the debt settlement industry
- Previous experience with CRM software’s such as Salesforce, Velocify, or Dynamics.
- Strong sense of professionalism and client stewardship
