Our Client Service team member’s core responsibilities are in both inbound and outbound calls to our clients, updating their case files, and resolving any and all client issues directly with the client or the management team.
Required Skills and Traits
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to be coachable, energetic and an eagerness to succeed.
